A commissioner asked for an update on two proposed developments in the Lake Lytle area. City planner Abram reported one project—Lake Lytle Estates—has tentative approval and is working through conditions required for final approval, including coordination with Public Works and contract engineers. "They're not close to, having that, going from that tentative approval to the final approval," Abram said of the other proposal, while noting Lake Lytle Estates is moving forward with architect and engineering contact.
A second project in the area, described by a participant as tied to a religious group and mentioned in the packet as Benebris, is advancing but had not yet submitted an application to the city. Abram said staff will continue to track incoming applications and bring updates as projects formally enter the city review process.
