Chad Votaw moved to reappoint Matthew Peters as Municipal Judge for an additional two-year term and Bobby Shatto seconded the motion. The vote was recorded as Votaw-aye, Shatto-aye, Davis-aye, Dustman-aye and the Mayor declared the motion carried.
