Community Planner Sanda Hoffman presented draft text amendments to Article IX (Non‑Conforming Uses and Structures) and Article X (Fees, Violations, Penalties and Remedies) during a March 24 work session item. Hoffman said these are the final two sections of the zoning ordinances and that the drafts aim to clarify language and explicitly restate the Town's existing 60‑ and 90‑day protocols.
