The commission considered Resolution 2026-2 to formalize the city’s open-records request process in compliance with the Oklahoma Open Records Act (Title 51 O.S. §§24A.1–24A.40). Mayor Kellie Johnson said the draft aligns with current practice but asked that a clear and reasonable research and redaction fee be established and included in item H of the resolution; the item was tabled for revision.
