Heard County renews SPLOST project-management contract for six months
The board unanimously renewed the SPLOST project-management contract for Kevin Hamby at the same rate for six months after noting his previous contract had expired June 30, 2014.

Chairman Lee Boone informed the board that Mr. Kevin Hamby's contract for SPLOST project management had expired on June 30, 2014. After discussion about current SPLOST projects, the board voted unanimously to renew his contract at the same rate for the next six months on a motion by Commissioner Frank Crook and a second by Commissioner Jacob Cammon.
