County Clerk Miriam Jordan told the Board there was one application on file — Mark Stone — for the three‑year appointment to the Region 4 Regional Advisory Council of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Commissioner Tyler Riddle nominated and moved to appoint Stone; Commissioner Stan Stalnaker seconded. The Board approved the appointment 6-0.
