ERTH presented a compiled summary of Code Enforcement cases affecting District 3 at the Feb. 4 meeting. The report—derived from a PRA request for open cases in the ERTH region—shows 581 cases opened since March 2025 and 280 active cases as of the meeting. Abandoned vehicles were the largest category with 225 cases; garbage/unsightly properties were 123, permitted-cannabis issues 57 and hazardous vegetation 51.
Board members discussed privacy concerns about posting the Opengov data and asked that personally identifying information be protected before publication. ERTH said it will post the summary on the ERTH website and encouraged residents to report air-quality concerns to the county when they need assistance.
