The board adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect officers (Bob Schultz, Chair; Terry Mountford, Vice Chair; Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly, Assistant Secretaries; Keith Merrill added as Assistant Secretary) and to remove James Gilman as Assistant Secretary.

At the Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge CDD adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove district officers. Nominations were made by Assistant Secretary Kurt Blumenthal; the resolution names Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly as Assistant Secretaries and adds Keith Merrill as an Assistant Secretary. The resolution removes James Gilman from that role.
