The board denied a request to reduce a recorded front setback from 35 feet to 14 feet at 903 River Rock Drive. Staff (speaker 3) said the property is in Coleman’s Bluff and noted a previously installed smaller shed at the same location; the owner, Diana Ballard (speaker 9), said moving the shed would require relocating a generator, air‑conditioning equipment and trees and that she had five direct neighbors' support letters.
