The Cherokee County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a variance request to reduce recorded front setbacks at 7500 Ball Ground Highway so a proposed light‑industrial building can shift forward and provide a wider truck court and rear roll‑up doors. Staff (speaker 3) said the site is zoned LI, is about 3.6 acres and that the applicant requested reducing the Northridge Road setback to 40 feet and the Ball Ground Highway setback to 60 feet from recorded plat setbacks of 50 and 75 feet respectively.
