Staff reported an administrative revision to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP): a Safe Routes to School project in the City of Lawrence received an increase in federal allocation. Jessica said the cost increase did not reach the threshold that requires a formal amendment to the TIP, so staff posted the change as an administrative revision and will report it to the policy board at the next opportunity.
