The board considered a proposal to retain Pinnacle Window & Door LLC of Marlborough, N.H., to restore thirty historic windows at Putney Town Hall at an estimated cost of $92,980. Town Manager Karen Astley explained that the Town holds a $100,000 grant and an additional $20,000 grant that together are intended to repay the loan. The Town Manager requested authorization to expend $23,245 from the Capital Reserve Fund as a deposit for the project.
