Board agreed to include a financial update on future agendas on a quarterly basis (starting in April) and requested a consolidated list of state reporting requirements that staff will circulate to members. Board also discussed forming an administrative subcommittee to manage website and records tasks.

Chair (S1) proposed moving routine financial updates to a quarterly schedule and indicated the first such update would appear in April. "What if we did that quarterly? So I'll have that in April," Chair (S1) said when summarizing next steps for financial reporting.
