Chair (S1) proposed moving routine financial updates to a quarterly schedule and indicated the first such update would appear in April. "What if we did that quarterly? So I'll have that in April," Chair (S1) said when summarizing next steps for financial reporting.
Members asked staff to compile the list of required state reports (the clerk/administrator will circulate the list) and discussed forming an administrative subcommittee to handle website maintenance, email provisioning and other administrative tasks. The board asked staff to prepare the reporting checklist in advance of the next meeting.
