"If you really want to prioritize the distance to grocery store, you can slide that widget all the way over to a 10," staff demonstrated. Board members asked staff to ensure OneDrive and map access works for all members and to collect notes on parcels so staff can pursue conversations with owners, including South Summit Schools, Ivory Homes, and other private owners where appropriate.
Next steps: board members will review and rank parcels, note any rezoning or active applications in the spreadsheet, and return recommendations to staff ahead of a dedicated parcel-review meeting.
