The Summit County Housing Authority reviewed the recently released Utah resource and infrastructure housing capacity analysis and raised questions about how its assumptions will affect local planning and potential state mandates. Chair (speaker 1) said the study, prepared by Envision Utah and RCLCO in coordination with GOEO, "will be used to identify areas most suitable for growth and may be used to set target numbers or even quotas." The group asked staff to prepare county-level data to test and refine the study's outputs.
