Pink accepts Thunder Canyon deed; board orders pin survey to explore water-source use
After receiving tank triple-rinse certifications, the Town of Pink accepted a quitclaim deed for Lots 13 and 14 in Thunder Canyon and voted to proceed with a pin survey to evaluate use of the parcel for a fire-department water source.

Town Attorney Luke Laster told trustees Heartland Acres, LLC provided required triple-rinse certifications for the tanks on the Thunder Canyon parcels and that the deed is ready for county filing. The board voted to accept the quitclaim deed conveying Lots 13 and 14 in Block 1 of Thunder Canyon.
