The Village Board unanimously authorized formation of a five-member Joint Trustee/Plan Commission Ad Hoc Committee on Housing Density, Placement, and Lot Standards at the July 13 meeting. Village President John Muraski said the committee will review housing density, apartment placement, and lot standards and may recommend amendments to the Village’s Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map.
