Applicant says subdivision creates flexibility; hotel still possible
A Unity Partners representative said the five-lot division is meant to give the developer flexibility; Hardeep said a previously proposed hotel remains possible but there is no current development application for the hotel or other uses.

The applicant representative, Hardeep of Unity Partners, told the commission the subdivision splits the parcel into five lots to give flexibility for future business interests and potential future development. "We're subdividing this property into 5 different parcels to give us the flexibility to develop this property," Hardeep said.
