Councilors voted to rescind an earlier resolution and then adopt Ordinance 5-2026 to formalize the City of Boardman Parks master plan in ordinance form. Staff described the step as housekeeping: "So all this is doing is we're changing the resolution to an ordinance," a staff member said during the item.
