During an introduction hearing, the Chair called for motions to introduce RS 32,914 (drones near correctional facilities) and RS 32,977 (clarifying traffic code for electric-assisted bicycles). Each motion was put to a voice vote and carried unanimously. The committee also approved the minutes from its January 15 meeting by voice vote.
