The Leon County Commissioners Court approved multiple road‑use agreements March 9 covering county roads used by energy projects. Commissioner Paul Bing moved, seconded by Commissioner Joey Sullivan, to approve a 180‑day agreement with Mitsui for CR 355 and CR 353 in Precinct 2; the motion carried. Similar 180‑day approval was recorded for Misae Solar on CR 251 in Precinct 2, and several 120‑day agreements were approved for Pinnacle on roads in Precinct 3.
