Duval County Commissioners approve Nov. 4 constitutional amendment canvass
At a Nov. 24 special meeting, the Duval County Commissioners Court approved the county canvass report for the Nov. 4, 2025 constitutional amendment election; the motion was made by Commissioner Adalberto M. Vera and seconded by Commissioner Marla M. Garza and carried with all members present voting Aye.

Duval County Commissioners Court approved the Duval County Canvass Report for the Nov. 4, 2025 constitutional amendment at a special meeting on Nov. 24, 2025. The motion was recorded by the clerk as follows: "On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve Duval County Canvass Report for 2025 November 4th, Constitutional Amendment." The clerk attested that the motion "carried with all other members voting 'Aye' and 'Against' none."
