The Leon County Commissioners approved a sequence of road-use and pipeline agreements across multiple precincts on Dec. 22. The court authorized six-month agreements for multiple Comstock projects on CR 392 (well location construction and water transfer) and CR 367; a 45-day agreement was approved for CR 347 and CR 348. Pinnacle-related agreements covering many county roads (including CR 221–224, 257, 258, 263 and an additional set including CR 314, 317, 321, 322, 325, 347, 348, 360, 362, 363, 391, 392) were approved for 180 days. The minutes record motion makers and seconders (for example, Commissioner Kyle Workman moved several Comstock items; Commissioner Paul Bing moved the Pinnacle 180-day item) and note that motions carried.
