The Duval County Commissioners Court approved the execution of a contingency-fee contract with Brodeur Law Firm, P.C., and attorney Mark Brodeur to pursue damages related to construction and design defects at the Duval County Emergency Response Center (EOC). Commissioner Martin M. Perez moved for approval; Commissioner Pete A. Guerra seconded. The motion carried with all voting Aye.
