Commission authorizes ADEM Wireland document signing, interagency work to be paid by ADEM

The commission authorized the chairman to sign a document described in the minutes as 'ADEM Wireland' and later authorized ADEM Wireland to work with Compliance and Gasoline to provide services paid for by ADEM.
