Compliance Officer William Cook reported regularly that county-wide solid-waste sign-up was in progress but "coming in slow," and he reminded commissioners that Third Saturday county cleanups were a recurring event (dates and results recorded across minutes). Cook said exemptions and sign-ups were being scheduled and that he would provide sample ordinances for self governance, solid waste, and animal control to commissioners.
