The commission awarded an $81,987.53 bid for a county audio-visual live-stream system and approved renewals and purchases of several law-enforcement software products: ERAD ($4,950/yr), AMPED ($3,744/yr), and Callyo ($3,820/yr). All items were approved Jan. 27, 2026, pending county attorney review where noted.

IT Manager Glenn Morgan recommended awarding Bid #2026-32 for an Audio Visual Live Stream System to Sharp SBS of Georgia & Alabama for a total of $81,987.53 (Ashville Annex: $40,171.54; Pell City Courthouse: $41,815.99). The commission approved the single-bid award unanimously.
