Commission OKs ISG/Cisco FLEX renewal to keep county phone system active
Butler County approved a multi-year renewal of ISG/Cisco FLEX licensing needed to operate its Cisco phone system, extending licensing through Feb. 1, 2027; IT staff said the system was purchased in 2019 and requires annual licensing.

The Butler County Commission approved an annual renewal of the ISG/Cisco FLEX license that supports the county’s Cisco telephone system. Information Technology Director Lew Harter told commissioners the phone system, purchased in November 2019, requires ongoing licensing to remain operational and the agreement will extend licensing through Feb. 1, 2027.
