Consultants told the advisory committee that some capacity and sight‑distance issues at the westbound off‑ramp are already manifesting in queuing and "queue spillback" during peak periods. "That off ramp has some vehicle queuing, issues... It's not a it's not a future need. It's a today need," Matt Hugart said while summarizing findings carried forward from the 2009 IAMP and the 2025 TSP.
