The board approved Resolution 01-05-2026 to establish salaries for elected officials. The resolution sets commissioners at $23,500, the chairman at $24,500, county attorney at $96,730, county clerk at $68,391, county treasurer at $65,493, register of deeds at $60,857 and sheriff at $78,982. Commissioner Rick Shriver moved the resolution; Commissioner Morgan Trinkle seconded it and the motion passed 3-0.
