The Clinton County Building Authority adopted Resolution 2024-1 on Aug. 26, 2024, approving the transfer of real property between Clinton County and the Clinton County Building Authority and authorizing a quit claim deed from the Building Authority to the County of Clinton. Chairperson Cindy Moser introduced the resolution during the meeting.
