Grant Smith, who said he is building a subdivision at the corner of Trinity and Pine (Trinity Terrace), told the Planning Commission that the approved plan applies the city's flag-lot standard to a corner lot and "the city is forcing me to treat that corner lot as a flag lot," which would require a 20-foot front garage setback and reorient one house to face the flagpole rather than the street.
