“It's no longer gonna give the address of the actual site, so they're not coming in there in the middle of the night,” Acres said, describing a plan to list nearby commercial addresses on dispatch paperwork and intercept drivers at staging points. Commissioners acknowledged previous complaints and said staff (Doug) had been contacted about right‑of‑way questions.
The developers said the change should limit repeat offenders; if drivers who already know the site still show up, they intend to deny the load for that day so the carrier bears the cost. Commissioners thanked the developers for the mitigation plan and asked staff to monitor whether the new routing reduces off‑hour parking.
