Commissioner James Hanning moved and Commissioner Tim Kelley seconded a motion to retain Monaghan, Warrick and King as outside legal counsel for Phase One and Phase Two of the 273rd road‑widening project from 71st to 101st. The motion was approved with all three commissioners recorded as voting aye.
