The board adopted Resolution 2026-0003 on Jan. 2, 2026, designating County Engineer Paul C. Geilenfeldt to execute the requirements of Iowa Code §306.41 concerning road closures on behalf of the Board of Supervisors until the next session when formal action can be entered in the minutes. The motion, moved by Supervisor Carol Hibbs and seconded by Supervisor Kevin Goodman, carried 3-0.
