OIR: Sound Transit adopted updated work plan; state support needed for ST3
OIR told the council Sound Transit updated its system and work plan and that state legislation (including expanded bonding authority) will be needed to support ST3 program delivery.

Director Hashemi told the council that at the end of May the Sound Transit Board adopted an updated system plan and work plan that includes follow-up actions across policy planning, transit operations, capital delivery and finance. She said Seattle’s representatives to Sound Transit — Council Member Strauss and Mayor Wilson — played important roles in the process.
