Staff told commissioners the continuance was made "based on ODOT's request," citing a traffic-related issue and coordination with the applicant.
A commissioner moved to continue the hearing and the motion was seconded; the chair called for the vote and the motion passed unanimously. Staff emphasized there would be "no public testimony tonight" and confirmed the new hearing date and time. The commission did not take further action on the application at this meeting.
