Director Crystal Natan told the advisory committee that citations noted in a recent OCYF review were technical in nature, relating to paperwork time frames and signatures. She said the agency is continuing work with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts led by a Practice Improvement Specialist and the Child Welfare Resource Center (CWRC).
