Commissioner Dolby asked the court to begin the process to purchase two properties on 58th Street that would provide roughly 16,000 square feet of office space and relieve crowded county offices. "We have the opportunity to purchase 2 properties, for less than 0.5 of what they are listed for on the market," he said, arguing the price presented a good opportunity and that facilities and IT had preliminarily reviewed the buildings.
