The Ellis County Commissioners Court approved its consent agenda (items A1 through A30) after the presiding chair pointed out a labeling error on item A13, which should read 'acceptance of the annual audit report' for Emergency Services District No. 4. The chair asked for a motion to approve the consent agenda as amended; Commissioner Grayson moved, Commissioner Stinson seconded, and the court passed the consent agenda unanimously.
