County accepts sheriffs office donation for EMS records/dispatch system

The board considered and accepted a donation from the sheriff's office related to the countys EMS records and dispatch system (DIS). "So when dispatch enters anything that needs to be your bottom up... So we're able to have heads up on much everything going on," a staff member said describing how the system would alert units and provide better visibility. The board accepted the donation by motion and voice vote as part of the consent agenda.
