Public Works Capital Projects Manager G.W. Hanson and Public Works Director Andrew Avis presented a proposed three-year agreement with OpenGov, Inc. to replace the county’s existing asset management software (I-works). Mr. Avis said I-works is not on a state board contract and explained staff judged a new procurement would be difficult; OpenGov account executive Andy Rousos addressed implementation questions.
