Lancaster County commissioners disclosed executive session on Morganti litigation, workers’ comp and labor matters

Commissioner Ray D’Agostino told the board on Jan. 21 that the Lancaster County Commissioners had met in executive session the previous day, Jan. 20, at 10:39 a.m. "to discuss Litigation, which is the Morganti cases, docket numbers 1582-2025; 1583-2025, and 1584-2025, Superior Court," as well as a workers’ compensation claim and a labor matter. The announcement was entered into the official minutes; the board recorded no public action or vote tied to those topics at the Jan. 21 meeting.
