Court lowers pay grade for library Electronic Resources position
The Commissioners Court approved changing the Library’s Head of Electronic Resources position from pay grade 17 to grade 14, a non-supervisory classification, at the request of Library Director Debbie Colson.

Library Director Debbie Colson asked the court to change the pay grade for the Head of Electronic Resources from grade 17 to grade 14 on the basis that the role is non-supervisory. Commissioners voted to change the classification effective immediately.
