At the July 8 meeting staff introduced three ordinances for first reading and asked the board to set a public hearing date. ORD 26‑90159 would consider a development agreement with Toll South LV LLC for a single‑family residential subdivision; ORD 26‑90280 would consider a development agreement with BDA South LLC for a vehicle wash; and ORD 26‑90472 would amend the official zoning map to reflect prior Commission approvals. The board set the public hearing for July 22, 2026.
