ORD 26‑90159 would consider a development agreement with Toll South LV LLC for a single‑family residential subdivision; ORD 26‑90280 would consider a development agreement with BDA South LLC for a vehicle wash; and ORD 26‑90472 would amend the official zoning map to reflect prior Commission approvals. The board set the public hearing for July 22, 2026.
Staff asked the Commission to calendar the hearing and the board agreed to the July 22 date; no public comment was made during the ordinance introductions.
