Commissioners approve Rincon Water Supply permits to upsizeline capacity for Lennar Sinton Ranch
The court approved multiple waterline permits requested by Rincon Water Supply Corporation to upsize and extend lines on several county roads to ensure service for existing customers and to accommodate the Lennar Sinton Ranch housing project; company said most work uses private easements and boring techniques.

County Engineer John Hernandez presented engineering plans from Rincon Water Supply Corporation and said the drawings comply with the county’s utility-accommodation policy. Art Smith, representing Rincon, said the permits will upsize existing lines and add capacity to ensure current customers can be served while the Lennar Sinton Ranch subdivision proceeds.
