Meagan Westfall, facility manager, told commissioners the elevator test has been postponed until December 22, 2025 and that HVAC control work is partly complete with thermostats installed in offices; Resolve Tech installed the Treasurer's office unit. She said Mainstream is experiencing routing issues and staff do not yet have a timeline for restoration.
