Court approves resolution to resubmit LPR camera agreement under DPS data‑sharing protocol

"The reason we're back with them again is our DPS agreements for data sharing is under the PEP 2 and not the county," Mr. McBroom told the court, explaining the resubmission requirement. He said TxDOT requested the MUA be executed under PEP 2.
A motion to approve the resubmitted MUA under PEP 2 passed unanimously, 5–0.
