The Road and Bridge lieutenant (Speaker 4) told the court crews have been removing limb encroachments on Moseley Loop, Mountain View Road and Wagon Road, hauling debris to the landfill and cleaning behind county facilities. He described work to address storm-damaged pine trees and a sight-line obstruction on a county road that intersects Highway 170 near Ghost Town; TxDOT controls the stop-sign placement, the lieutenant said.
