The Sisters Planning Commission used a workshop session to review the structure and use of the city's development code, an effort staff described as educational and intended to prepare commissioners for future land-use reviews. Chair (pro tem) opened the session by saying it was a chance for commissioners to ask about "where things are the way they are" in the code, and staff walked through how the code is organized online.
